Default The Have You Ever Seen It? thread

Someone names a couple of TV series, then other people say if they have or haven’t seen it. Then they can name a couple of other shows. And so on. You don’t have to have seen the entire series for a yes. Just remembering having seen an episode or so would be fine.

And a question can be answered more than once. If I ask if you’ve seen One Day At A Time and someone already said yes or no you too can also say yes or no.

To start, 3 random shows (maybe try and keep it to no more than 3 shows per post?). Have you ever seen

- Becker

- Cagney and Lacey

- Days Of Our Lives

(I have seen none of those)

That’s a weak group for me. All no’s. I’ve never been into westerns, I’m not strong on British shows, except for Monty Python, and while Baywatch may have had visual appeal, it never appealed to me.

- The Gong Show

- 60 Minutes

- any of the six episodes of Police Squad!

Only seen clips and never saw a full episode of The Gong Show, although I did see the movie based off the iconic game show.
I've rarely seen 60 Minutes as I'm not normally into newsmagazine programs.
As for Police Squad!, I've seen every episode a couple of times and they are a perfect precursor to The Naked Gun movies, of which I've only seen the first one in its entirety.

My picks:
-Night Court

-The Parkers

-Barney Miller

Sandy Dennis was primarily a movie actress. Up the Down Staircase is one of my favorites, and she won an Oscar for best supporting actress in Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? (haven't seen that one or her TV show). Movie debut was in Splendor in the Grass, which starred Natalie Wood the same year she starred in West Side Story.
