Well, I'm actually Leather, or Carol ... never mind -- Yes, I am!

Girlfriend of the leader's gang -- Arthur "Fonzie" Fonzarelli's (Henry Winkler) girlfriend Carol "Pinky" Tuscadero on the television series Happy Days.

Younger sister was in a band -- the older sister of Leather Tuscadero (played by singer Suzi Quatro).

Star of my on spin-off -- Happy Days spin-off, Blansky's Beauties.

The show ran thirteen episodes and Pinky/Roz Kelly was in just one of them (the first one). I don’t think I’d call that “star of my own spin-off “

The main character of the series was introduced on an episode of Happy Days,
then set in the early 1960s,
but the show was set in the present day of 1977.

Personally, I have never ever heard or ever saw an episode of Blansky's Beauties.
Main character usually means "STAR."
If she wasn't, then MY BAD!

You’re close, but a bit off. The main character they’re talking about was the titular Blansky, played by Nancy Walker, who was introduced in a Happy Days episode the week before BB’s premiere. As I mentioned Pinky/Roz was also in the first episode but that was the only one for her.

9 of the 13 episodes are on YouTube, but I won’t link them. I will link the opening credits. Maybe it will spark your memory that you did actually see an episode at some point.
