Russell Johnson on 2 episodes of Rin Tin Tin.
In 1957 episode (Rusty’s Reward), he played Sgt. Stan Powers, a soldier who deserted to save his kids from an orphanage. In 1956 episode (Tin Soldier), he played Lt. Greene, an arrogant by-the-book temporary commander who gets in trouble and is saved when Rin Tin Tin doesn’t go by the book. (that’s the nice thing about dogs. They rarely go by the book owing to not reading.) |
