Default UM Segment with Vincent Bugliosi and Alan Dershowitz

In November 1996, UM aired a segment related to the OJ Simpson case. In the segment, former prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi and defense attorney Alan Dershowitz debated on whether the cops could have planted the evidence in an effort to frame Simpson. Dershowitz considered it possible, but Bugliosi disagreed.

For those of you who saw that segment, here is a question: In your opinion, who won the debate?

Well, I have always thought Simpson to be guilty and this was a belief I held long before UM profiled the case, so I was biased going in, and the UM segment didn't waiver my belief in any real sense. So, I would probably side with Bugliosi on this.

I do recall some of the comments Bugliosi made about one of the detectives suspected of planting blood evidence (the sirname Vanatter comes to mind, although the spelling is probably incorrect) being close to retiring and therefore not having much motive to be involved in a frameup. Seems plausible enough I suppose.

The UM segment or any other show which tried to state that evidence was planted is nothing but hogwash to me.

Plain and simple, OJ did it and using the race card and the planting of evidence was just pure manipulation.

Sure there are crooked cops out there and there have been times of evidence tampering in cases, however, this is not one of them. How could cops plant evidence of a man they had no idea of where he even was at that time? For all they knew, OJ could have been on Mars at the time of the killing. Can you imagine framing someone without knowing firsthand where that person is at that time? Ridiculous.

HAHAHHA

I know Dershowitz was involved in Simpson's defense so of course he was required to believe and claim OJ was innocent but does that moron truly believe he didn't do it? HAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHA

yes the LAPD decided to frame their buddy OJ for no good reason. Nevermind the fact that...

-OJ was cool with tons of cops just like he was with everybody (until he slaughtered two people). They didn't even arrest him when he beat up Nicole when she called police several years prior to the murders

-the LAPD cops and detectives that were on at the crime scenes, not all of them were even from the same divisions, didn't even know each other but somehow concocted a scheme to frame the biggest Uncle Tom in Los Angeles and somehow after all these years, the entire LAPD that was behind this conspiracy and not one single person has spilled the beans? Thousands of employees of the LAPD since 1994 and not one person has come forward with evidence of framing the Juice and keeping it under wraps? HAHHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA

-When the Juice was sitting in the back of the Bronco while his buddy Al Cowlings was driving around during the chase, OJ on the phone with the cops, why is it he never once accused them of framing him? Why is it he never said anything about being framed by anyone? Never said he didn't do it, nothing. LOL.

-OJ's blood was all over the crime scene on the two corpses, Nicole's and Ron's blood was in OJ's car and his house, so to frame him, there must've been a stealth operation where somebody snuck by OJ and pricked him with a knife, got some of his blood, then killed Ron and Nicole and smeared his blood all around the crime scene, then collected some of Ron and Nicole's blood, then broke into OJ's house on the night of the murders and made sure little drops of blood were in his house, oh and broke into his car so some of Ron and Nicole's blood would be in there too. Meanwhile the cuts on OJ's hands...well first he said they were from practicing his golf swing, then he said the cuts were from a coat hanger, then it was from a broken glass, and on and on and on.

I understand defense lawyers don't think anybody has ever been guilty of committing a crime in the history of the world, everybody is innocent. That's their job to claim that. But the OJ trial is done now guys, you won your case. You can either admit he did it now or just shut the fawk up. You just look plain stupid if you truly believe there is any way OJ didn't do it or was....LMAO....framed by the LAPD.
