How did The Amazing Race pull an Emmy win over Survivor? I've watched it and YES I enjoy it but Survivor is so much better, IMO.

I was surprised to hear that announcement.

(As a side note I think that Survivor Pearl Islands may be the best Survivor since the 1st one! )

Yeah, I think Survivor is better, but you can tell that the producers of The Amazing Race work harder to make sure everything goes well. Plus, the best team won on The Amazing Race, Reichen and Chip. On Survivor the best person didn't win, it should have been Matt not Jenna. And on American Idol the best person didn't win, it should have been Clay not Ruben. So I'm still glad that The Amazing Race won.

I like Survivor, but I like The Amazing Race even better.. it seems to be the better produced and more interesting show traveling around the globe with many different challenges whereas Survivor is more predictable.

I know this isn't the popular response,but, I love The Amazing Race! They get to go to diffrent countries and do diffrent challenges,its an exciting show! I only liked the first surviver, I never got into the other ones! I've watched the last 2 Amazing Races and they kept me on the edge of my seat!
