Any Farmer's Daughter, Love of Life, or Peyton Place eps. wanted for trade!

I'm interested in any & all episodes of The Farmer's Daughter, which ran from 1963-66 on ABC, &/or any & all Peyton Place episodes (the original prime-time soap which ran from 1964-69. any & all episodes). Finally, this is a long shot, but any Love of Life episodes when Chris Reeve portrayed Ben Harper & was married to Arlene Lovett. This show is a classic, yet no one ever seems to mention it! Amazing!! Hopefully Mr. Reeve will be at peace. He was incredibly handsome in his years on the soap.

If another fan of the show is possibly able to fulfill my request, I have episodes of the following shows to trade (classic US sitcoms to British ones)...

The other shows you mentioned I have loads of episodes of, but no episode titles as none were given when the reruns aired 10 years ago.

When I trade I simply ask that the trader be reliable. I of course would do the same. I prefer SP Mode, as that is of the best quality. With any half hour show I can get 5 episodes squeezed onto a six hours tape in Standard Play. Other speeds impair the quality, & I like my tapes to be durable as i'm sure they'll get much play on my machine. I would copy any shows for the person I trade with in the same speed mode.

Alas, I cannot help you out with any of your wants, but I can agree that Chris Reeve was gorgeous in his Love of Life days. I built my college schedule around that show so I could be home for lunch to watch him. I think it's hard for people today to imagine him as a skinny blond, but he was before he was tapped to play Superman. Nice to find someone else who remembers him in that role!

Which season of Liver Birds do you have? I'm looking for the first season, which featured Pauline Collins as one of the leads - she was replaced in the second season.

I can still recall the last episode of Love of Life when Betsy took the witness stand, & I think fainted! That's actually the first soap I ever seen cancelled, as a pre-teen! I so loved Jerry Lacy in Dark Shadows, he's incredibly sexy, & had discovered he'd been in LOL as well!

Anyway,
Unfortunately the UK broadcasts didn't show the first season. It seems to be a really rare find. I've even seen how Amazon UK starts with series 2 on VHS & Video.

The episodes I have contain the Beryl ones & then Carol Boswell who came from the Scouser sitcom Bread, another of Carla Lane's brainchild.

Pauline Collins was great in Upstairs Downstairs. Interesting that in real life she had married John Alderton, the Bellamy's Butler.
