Seasons 1-8 covers most of the 70's, that's pretty good. Are all your shows unedited and uncut, with all the musical performances?
Time Life has released some Hee Haw on DVD, but not complete seasons, just scattered, selected episodes. Hee Haw was a fun show. Corny country humor. It had a long run, almost 25 years! I used to watch it all the time during the 70's. Great cast, Roy Clark was great, Buck Owens, the entire cast was good. The music back then was the good, old school country music, not the garbage that passes for country music today. And every so often they'd get serious and perform a gospel tune. I remember that too. I had a mega-crush on Cathy Baker, the blonde who wore the overalls and always sat beside that bloodhound. She was the one who said "That's all!" at the end of the show. She was so damn cute and adorable!

My mom would like to watch a few of those maybe. Could I trade for one season from you? The best season, or you can just pick out the disks with the best episodes? I have lots to trade |

I hear tell that Willard Scott was on a 1983 episode. If someone has that I'd like to see it! :3

Hmmm, I'm not sure if they are edited or not. I don't have any of the official releases so I can't compare. They are from RFD-TV, though. Does anyone know if they have shown them uncut?

Speaking of Hee Haw, does anyone have the documentary on Stringbean Akeman and his wife's murder? It is actually an episode of City Confidential called: "Murder In Music City". This is at or very near the top of my want list, so please let me know if you have this! Thanks!
