Is there such a thing as golden sweet and sour sauce?

For years Dad has always been trying to find golden sweet and sour sauce and can never find it anywhere. When I have eaten Chinese food I only have seen the sweet and sour sauce in red and what Dad described this golden sweet and sour sauce is that it's similar to the McDonald's sweet and sour sauce. Do they sell this sauce in stores because Dad wants to buy some?

closest to find was this from Kroger's:
Gold's Sauce Duck Sweet & Sour, 40 oz $27.99

I love Wendys Sweet and Sour sauce as it does not have XANTHAM GUM which can cause problems........

So the name of the golden sweet and sour sauce is called Gold's Sauce Duck. I have never ever heard of that brand of sauce before. Does it taste great? Because the only sweet and sour sauce we get is Kikkoman's and this sauce might be the one Dad might love
