Do you think “Taxi” and “Cheers”…..
……share the same universe? Same creators. The shows were never officially linked, but I would have loved it if Carla said she had a cousin Zena. Lol!

Nah. Rhea Pearlman, Ted Danson and George Wendt all guest starred on Taxi while Christopher Lloyd and J Alan Thomas guest starred on Cheers. Having five different pairs of individuals who look and sound exactly like each other would be too much of a coincidence.
