Episode 2 inconsistent
I noticed in episode 2 "The Birthday Present" that Dwayne now has a much larger afro than episode 1. Then, in episode 3, his afro shrinks back down to the size of what it was in episode 1. Makes me think that not all episodes are listed in chronological order. Also, Rerun is without his beret in episode 1 and is wearing it in episode 2, then without it in episode 3

Pilot episodes are often shot many weeks before a show gets greenlighted to get on the air. I think Rerun even had a blue beret instead of his trademark red one in the first episode. You will find these different details in most sitcoms in the pilot episode.
In the Golden Girls Pilot the house is totally different. Blanche's room is where the patio was in every other episode not to mention the gay housekeeper disappeared
