I'll always remember one time I left the men's room somewhere, and some random person I've never met in my life told me I should wash my hands. As someone with crohns, this is unacceptable.

I know it's a city thing though cause even down in Southern Maine, some places wouldn't let my Mom use their's years ago unless she bought something. Really lame.
