Lets call this a UNDERCOVER CROSSOVER

Turns out that Jean Stapleton's husband at the time, (Bill Putch) had a small part in the episode Piano Man and Jean was in the audience for that episode. She was so used to him watching her on the AITF set and figured she would do the same for him on the Jeffersons set

Jean Stapletons son John Putch, Bob Morton on One Day At A Time (he was a lot pudgier in his younger days) was in an episode of All In The Family. Can we call that an unofficial ODAAT/AITF crossover?
