Never knew exactly when she passed and stumbled across this tonight. I know she was sick during season 4 and passed but didnt know exactly when. So she actually passed on Feb 28, 1978 which was 4 days before the airing of the last episode of season 4.

I didn't realize she was one of the oldest actors working at the time. Wow!
