It's hard to believe that ever since he became famous for the role of Rocko in Rocko's Modern Life Carlos Alazraqui has become a staple in cartoons as a top voice actor. And I find it surprising that Carlos Alazraqui has been featured in lots of Disney TV cartoons and that really has made him a star. But my favorite Carlos Alazraqui role is when Carlos Alazraqui provides the voice of Skylar in Elena Of Avalor because he gives the character Skylar a personality of his own and when you watch Elena Of Avalor you can see Carlos's talent shine in the role of Skylar. I think Carlos Alazraqui will continue to be a rising cartoon voice actor for years to come

Hi, Bestie! I agree with you that Carlos brings unique and original voices to his cartoon characters. I bet he is the one who thought of Skylar calling people "Bro". I hope he has a long career. Catch you later Bro! LOL

Carlos Alazraqui also provided the voice of the dog in the famous Taco Bell commercials and also voiced a character in Disney's Planes as well. Carlos Alazraqui has really come a long way in cartoons and he really is awesome in every cartoon he provides voices to characters because he is really a rising star in animated cartoons today

Alazraqui provided the voice for Panchito Pistoles in House of Mouse. And if DuckTales uses Panchito again...I hope Carlos Alazraqui could revive hie role...and let Jose Carioca be voiced by Fred Armisen.

I wouldnt call him a "rising star" since he has been voice acting since the 80s.

He was also a main cast member on Reno 911.
