Every holiday season was a good season when Chex Cereal 's classic commercials with the Peanuts gang would appear in a series of commercials dating from the 80's to the 90's. In the commercials the Peanuts gang would show people how to make Chex Party Mix and the commercials were so funny and cute. It's no secret that Chex Party Mix is a traditional party food that's eaten every Christmas and New Year's Eve because of these commercials. Ralston/Purina must've made a whole lot of money from these Chex commercials because it was a very smart idea for Chex to have the Peanuts gang star in these commercials
