Sounds to me like Fandor has the best non-Japanese copy, since he said his version doesn't have the smearing as seen in my screen shots.

So if Japanese subtitles are a turn of and you are interested, I'd ask Fandor if he's willing to trade. No one has came forward with copies other than the two that posted.
