Help with crew member who became the sports/fitness or aerobic director.

This was not the April Lopez episode featuring Charo, but another lady with blonde curly hair.

I watched the episode where she finally found her niche (I think she was Ace's photography assistant but she was taking pictures of couples who didn't want their pictures taken and then she started doing aerobics and other passengers joined her). I can't remember the character's name.

I am guessing that this was an episode between Seasons 7-9.

Yes, that's the person.

She started in the middle of Season 8 and then disappeared by Season 9. I thought that she started at the beginning of a season and after watching a couple episodes from 7, 8 and 9 I wondered if I had imagined such a storyline.
