They do a funny thing where someone comes in and introduces himself by his organization, and the detective mocks what he said:

"Stevens, State Department"
"Harris, Police Department"

"Scanlon, Internal Affairs"
"Harris, Human Race"

"Delvecchio, Narcotics"
"Fish, Diuretics"

"I'M LAWRENCE WHEELER...HUNT, EISNER, GARDNER, AND PLATT"
"CARL LEVITT, "N," "Y," "P," AND "D.""

Are there any other instances where they do this?

When Mr. Adelson from the anti-smoking clinic arrives, Harris blows smoke into his face.

A guy was trying to distinguish normal people vs pod people by seeing if they can speak in a high-pitched voice. Dietrich gets him to leave for Bellevue by saying "You're gonna be all right" in a high-pitched voice.
