I'll go with Ozzie Nelson topping the list.

Gotta go with Sheldon Leonard. His influence is huge - it's in every show from MTM, Garry Marshall, Witt-Thomas, Danny Arnold. Cheers brought him in as an actor when he was about 80, Frasier copied his erudite gangster after he died, and Chuck Lorre named Sheldon and Leonard after him.

Aaron Ruben makes it in three of the four, but he was also an actor in a Gomer Pyle episode. He plays the guy running the recording session when Lou-Ann makes a record. We see him through the soundproof glass yelling at Sgt. Carter because she's so bad and wasting his time. He does it well and is funny.
