Hi.

I am trying to identify a specific episode and have Googled extensively, but can't find it. Maybe someone here can help?

I don't remember the exact details of the case, but much to the chagrin of Hamilton Berger, Perry approached the judge and specifically called for a mistrial. (this is not the "mistrial" episode however, as far as I can tell...)

The camera fully focuses on Berger who is slack-jawed and white as a ghost as he shrieks out, "MISTRIAL?!?!?!" much to the delight of Perry.

This scene cracks me up and I would love to make a tshirt or mug with Berger's face and the word "MISTRIAL?!?!?!" under it.

And yes, I don't get out much and need a hobby...
