"The Cleaning Lady" is about to peel away two big layers of the onion that is Arman Morales, in the form of his never-before-seen parents.

The upcoming third season will introduce the mother and father from whom Arman is estranged: Teresa Morales (Jacqueline Obradors) and Eduardo Morales (Jason Manuel Olazabal). They will recur throughout the season.




Eduardo, according to his official character description, is “stubborn to a fault,” especially when it comes to Arman, who, in his eyes, “betrayed and shamed the family. Though he harbors a secret desire to reunite with his estranged son, Eduardo protects his heart in the only way he can: by hardening it.”

Teresa, meanwhile, is described as “warm and soulful,” and the fissure between her husband and son — which keeps her estranged from Arman, too — is her greatest heartbreak. “Teresa feels the shame her son brought on the family by living a life of crime,” the description reads. “Though outwardly gentle and subservient, Teresa is not afraid to stand up for her beliefs or show her love for her son.”
