Anyone ever notice the eerie similarities to the demises of these 3 childhood sitcom actors?

Trent Lehman, Butch on Nanny & the Professor 1982 (age 20)

Todd Starke, Toby on The Doris Day Show 1983 (age 21) motorcycle accident

Bobby Buntrock, Harold on Hazel 1974 (age 21) automobile accident

Only that they were close to the same age and died violently. Suicide is quite different from vehicular accidents as a way to die.

Trent Lehman hung himself in the playground of his old school. If i'm not mistaken, he was found by some kids.

That's very true. How sad, that he felt the need to take his own life, instead of reaching out for help! I should have rephrased that, emphasizing the close age range of 3 childhood actors, at the time of their demise.

Add to that list Anissa Jones (Family Affair), who was 18. And Carl Switzer (Alfalfa from Our Gang) was a little older (31), but still young.

Anissa Jones died of an accidental overdose and Carl Switzer was shot as he attacked someone with a knife. If you want to celebrate an actor that died young, how about Bobby "Wheezer" Hutchins who died as a WWII hero pilot.

I never quite understand the term Accidental overdose. You dabble in drugs probably not knowing the strengh, or maybe knowing the strenth and it's accidental. That to me is like saying stick your wet finger in electrical outlet expecting to live. Is there such a term as purpose overdose.??

Anissa Jones and her "friends" that night in Oceanside decided such things as that the Quaaludes would take effect quicker _if they took the capsules apart and just took the powder_

You cannot judge dosage from a pile of powder.

Anissa Jones was 4'11 and weighed less than average for her age even when sopping wet.

Which means that it would take much less of a drug to affect her badly.

Carl Switzer hid a flick knife in his pocket and tricked Darla Hood into reaching inside. She almost lost two fingers.

Carl dying at 31 would normally be a tragedy. After reading about what the little nutcase tried to do to Darla on that and other times, i realized that a lot of girls and women were spared by his death another BTK.
