Question about Super Password on GSN - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I want to ask the posters this. In today's SP episode on GSN, The challenger DANNA CLEMENTS which won the championship from Lisa accidentally told the word "Magical" to Marcia Wallace after Bill Cullen said Magic, then the form of the word sound played and then he said magician which was not right and then Dana said her clue wonderful to Wallace and Wallace said Magical which was right. You would have to listen to it carefully to hear it. My question is why didn't the judges catch it and what would have been done in that situation? The judges of SP are poor at times in the first few weeks of the series, you agree?

I remember one time on WOF the contestant guessed "THE ALANTA FALCONS" but Pat Sajak said it was incorrect because the contestant added "the" to his guess, but on Super Password, The challenger DANNA CLEMENTS which won the championship from Lisa accidentally told the word "Magical" to Marcia Wallace after Bill Cullen said Magic, then the form of the word sound played and then he said magician which was not right and then Dana said her clue wonderful to Wallace and Wallace said Magical which was right. How come adding "the" on WOF was ruled wrong, but Dana accidentally told the word "Magical" to Marcia Wallace and it wasn't caught?

Sometimes the judges were asleep at the switch or not paying attention.
