Default CBS's All American Thanksgiving Day Parade

From the 80's to the 2000's CBS had it's own Thanksgiving Day parade that was their own answer to Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade called CBS's All American Thanksgiving Day Parade that featured highlights from Thanksgiving Day parades in different cities including footage from Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade as well. After 2003 CBS's All American Thanksgiving Day Parade changed it's image and renamed itself The Thanksgiving Day Parade On CBS with rotating hosts every year. I used to watch this Thanksgiving Day Parade every year with my mom because she liked to see the highlights of every city's Thanksgiving Day parades
Who used to like CBS's All American Thanksgiving Day Parade?

I also enjoyed the CBS parade too (pre-2003). Among the cities they went to were Detroit, Miami, and Hawaii.

I liked it better than NBC because on NBC I thought they showed too many musical performances on the Macy's stage rather than the actual parade.

Unfortunately today, the CBS version is just like the NBC version.

I rarely watched or watch CBS's parade. I was always confused because why did CBS have a parade when NBC had the same parade? Plus, the name in the title "Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade" being on NBC was THE Parade to watch.

I often wondered why CBS decided to have their own Thanksgiving Day Parade when I'm surprised that NBC and Macy's didn't sue CBS for copying their parade? Probably because CBS thought having their own Thanksgiving Day Parade would be a wonderful idea. In my family every Thanksgiving we would sometimes watch this parade because it was more interesting than Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade because it had more celebrities and awesomer things. But would it be cool if CBS teamed up with a store like Target and rename their parade Target Holiday Parade and I bet it would be cool if it existed

I got to see CBS's All American Thanksgiving Day Parade from 2005 on Youtube when it was renamed The Thanksgiving Day Parade On CBS and I can honestly say that this Thanksgiving Day parade is so much better than Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade because this is a parade that is a lot of fun and rather than Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade with it's annoying Broadway musicals at the beginning the CBS parade has an actual preshow with concerts and you get to learn a lot of history about the parade and New York landmarks and they show three Broadway musicals that are different than Macy's parade. I was impressed with this parade and as you know I am a big huge parade fan and spend every morning watching various Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades on Youtube and I often wonder how CBS came up with the idea for this parade because it's very clever and fun to watch and I also wonder what year CBS debuted their Thanksgiving parade? Because whoever designed it was a expert on parades

In all honesty I think that CBS does their Thanksgiving Day Parade better than Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades and I never figured out why Macy's doesn't copy this same image for Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades? I got to watch the CBS All-American Thanksgiving Day Parade from 2002 on Youtube and I can say this parade on CBS is much better than Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Because for one thing you don't have to sit through a bunch of Broadway musicals like Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parades always makes you do. In the CBS parade you are treated to loads of fun celebrity interviews and Thanksgiving stuff with various celebrities and they put the Broadway musicals way in the back and before the parade actually begins showing the balloons and floats various singers perform mini concerts and that is really cool. And CBS has various celebrities do hosting duties on their parade rather than repeat cohosts like Macy's does with the Thanksgiving Day Parade and when I saw this parade this morning I thought "this is how a Thanksgiving parade should be done" and this parade was so cool
