Wheels of Justice, Part 2 She Just Stands there by Dan and Christine she is uncredited, so some Help be really. apperciated.

Looks like a young Kaley Cuoco, but I can't find anything in IMDB either.

She does. Though too young, she also resembles an actress named Candice Azzara, who appeared in a Night Court and several Barney Millers.

Well, Markie Post was 5'6", so I would put this actress in the 5'5" to 5'7" range (Post may have been wearing heels in this shot)

Doesn't narrow things down much, but every bit helps.
