Is it coincidence that Make Room for Daddy and Mayberry, RFD can both be abbreviated MRFD, or was Danny Thomas or someone being a little clever?

Interesting. And I bet you're right. I believe Danny Thomas receives end credit on TAGS reading something like "In association with Danny Thomas". And even though I don't think he has credit on MRFD, this show is still an extension of TAGS.

Oh, okay. It seems neither Danny Thomas nor Sheldon Leonard had anything to do with Mayberry, RFD. Andy Griffith, executive producer, and Bob Ross, creator.

Right, I think I've read that neither Thomas nor Leonard had anything to do with MRDF.
