That’s the series Richard Masur (David on ODAAT) did right before ODAAT. You gotta track down some episodes for me. It’d be interesting to compare the characters.

Hot L Baltimore was also Norman Lear, so he must have just moved Masur to the new ODAAT series. But then of course he dumped him after the first season (although I believe they both mutually agreed the David character wasn’t working).

If Hot L Baltimore was a hit it would have been another actor lusting after Ann Romano.

Have you ever seen him as Nick Lobo on Rhoda? He played a totally different character than he did as David!

Now I gotta watch Rhoda tomorrow because I dont remember that character. So it was probably a completely different character
