Default Who likes the ""gross"" foods and drinks that I like?

So from what I see, esp. from the younger generation ~gen Z particularly~ The stuff I like to eat and drink are not popular among most people... So I'm wondering who else likes these food and drink "rejects"

1.black liquorice ~I'd love a whole bag of just liquorice jelly beans lol~

2.Circus Peanuts ~A candy that takes me back to childhood~

3.Orange Slices ~I also love Cherry Slices, also takes me back to my childhood~

4.Candy Corn ~It's just not Halloween without it~

5. Lemon on my fish ~Apparently most people prefer tartar sauce....YUCK lol~

6. Coffee ~Apparently there are less and less coffee people as I'm always hearing people say, "EWWW YUCK, COFFEE!!", or "Eww I don't DO coffee unless it's ICE coffee or Frappa-Mocha-Latte-Ccinia", I'm talking JUST COFFEE!!!

7.Coca-cola, ~I mean just plain ol COKE! No Coke Zero, no Apple-pineapple-grapefruit-Hazelnut-coconut coke, just COKE! I do enjoy a Cherry Coke occasionally but mostly just like it plain.~

8.Mello Yello ~Another favorite drink from childhood now that has seemed to be forgotten by so many people

9. Junior Mints ~My favorite theater candy, but again, I'm always hearing, "Eww gross, jr. mints!" or "Jr Mints, what's THAT?"

The only thing on this list I use regularly is coffee. I drink black coffee two cups a day. I love it.

3.Orange Slices: I think Orange Slices are delicious. Never tried the cherry flavored ones (they sound wonderful).

5. Lemon on my fish: I always squeeze lemon on my fish but I also like tartar sauce, both are fine with me (no preference).

7.Coca-cola: Coke Cola is awesome, there is nothing more refreshing than a cold glass of Coke. Even though I love Coke, I cannot drink on a regular basis like I used to. Sodas hurt my stomach now that I am older.

9. Junior Mints: My go-to candy while seeing a film at a movie theatre (only second to M&Ms)

I like Candy Corn, Coffee and Coke but rarely ingest them. Candy corn on Halloween, Coke once in a while and I prefer hot tea over coffee but I generally order coffee in a restaurant.

From that list pretty much just coffee and Junior Mints. I stopped all sodas years ago.

I really don’t like lemon on anything because it ruins the food as that’s all I taste.

The things I like on your list (I'm an older Millennial):

Orange slices - I don't have this type of candy very often but I do like it.

Lemon on fish - I don't do it all the time, but I do squeeze lemon on seafood if they provide it with the dish. I'm also not a fan of tartar sauce. I think it's okay sometimes, but definitely not if it's onion-based.

Coffee - I drink it pretty much every day, although not always on weekends.

Coca-Cola - I don't drink soda very much anymore, but when I do it's Coke.

Junior Mints - Like with the orange slices, I very rarely eat them but I do like them.

Also blackstrap molasses with Ryvita (crispbread).

I'll keep it brief, I don't find your list of foodstuff "gross". No interest in cokes or soda drinks, and I've been avoiding candy/sugars, so that's it.

Oh black liquorice I've liked so much but when I found it can raise blood pressure, I stopped buying it.

Billions in the world enjoy their coffee, I like it a lot and 1 cup a day is good for me. Coffee has some good health benefits....in moderation as with everything in life and none of the fancy sugary stuff so many are addicted on regarding coffee..

Circus peanuts are a marshmallow-type of candy shaped like enormous orange-colored peanuts -- not real peanuts at all. There was a store near me that advertised real peanuts at about 8 cents per ounce, and I got their last few cans of redskins on the first day (sold out immediately).

The only thing on the list I won't go for: black licorice (& black jelly beans). About the only candy I just don't like at all.

Everything else is okay, though I'm not really a regular drinker of anything on the list. Fish with tartar sauce or horseradish-type, but lemon is fine too if it's good-tasting fish on its own.

I forgot to include Marshmellow Peeps, I LOVE those too lol... I used to call them Peep Chicks, pretending they were Pipchicks from I Dream of Jeannie lol

I'm a young Gen Xer, and I feel the generation gap with "Zoomers" but I relate to Gen Yers pretty well lol
