she was 82. I just saw this post from Bob Newhart's Facebook page. "We lost our beloved Ginnie Quinn Newhart - Wife, Mother and Grandmother on April 23rd, 2023 after a long battle with illness. She was our rock and we miss her terribly.

Tony Randall was at Bob's wedding when he realized Bill Quinn was Ginnie's father he said to someone there, great casting.

Bill Quinn was also on “The Rifleman,” “All in the Family,” and many other television shows.

I am so sorry to learn of Mrs. Newhart’s death. The Newhart’s are a wonderful family. My brother and his wife used to see the Newhart family at Sunday Mass in Los Angeles.
