Default Was The Titanic Sabotaged?

I heard the Titanic was sabotaged to sink for the insurance but didn't think too much about it until one day I decided to ask Alexis about it and she confirmed that indeed it was sabotaged.

It is hard to know what is real or fake in these upside down times. What have you heard if anything about it?

Oh this is kinda funny, and I said "who the heck is Alexis" and then it hit me..she's in your iphone or is it a smartphone, I don't know the difference...

So I asked my pendulum and her name is RoseAnn and she said "yes it was"...

Do I believe it, 50/50 chance.. We'll Never Know for sure.

But if I go with my distrusting mind I'd have to say it was sank for $$$$.

Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet invented a time machine to go back and sink the Titanic so they would have the basis for their blockbuster movie.

I don't know if it was sabotaged, but there was a book written in 1898, 14 years before it sank:

THE WRECK OF THE TITAN ... THAT'S RIGHT, THE TITAN

According to the Liverpool Museums, The Wreck of the Titan contained some seriously eerie similarities to the Titanic — the fictional Titan was "the largest craft afloat," "equal to that of a first class hotel," and "unsinkable." Sound familiar? Like the Titanic, the fictional Titan was about 400 nautical miles away from Newfoundland when it struck an iceberg in the North Atlantic. And like the Titanic, the Titan didn't have enough lifeboats for everyone on board. And also, "Titan," "Titanic," we don't have to point out that there's only a two-letter difference between those two names, do we?

It's such a bizarre coincidence that you've almost got to wonder if someone actually printed the wrong date on the book just to freak everyone out. The Liverpool Museums seem convinced, though. Their copy was a reprint from 1912, after the disaster — but the original publication is 1898, 14 years before the Titanic went down. Creepy.

The Titanic was sunk by an iceberg through a series of blunders, unusual weather conditions, and bad luck. Any other explanation is ridiculous.

To try to make a long story short, the weather conditions made it hard to see the iceberg. The ship was traveling too fast through a dangerous iceberg field due to arrogance. When the iceberg was finally sighted, the ship was traveling too fast to turn in time to avoid hitting it. The officer in charge at the time ordered the ship to turn as hard as possible anyway. If the ship had hit the iceberg dead on it would have bounced off, damaging the bow but not crippling the ship. Because of the turn, the side of the ship scraped the iceberg damaging several watertight compartments dooming the ship because now five instead of one watertight compartments were damaged, allowing enough water to flow in to sink the ship.

Let me ask you a question. If you were in charge of the ship, how much would they have to pay you to purposely sink the ship you were on and kill yourself?

Sometimes stopping and thinking logically is the best way to debunk crap.

The size of the controversy is always based on the size of the event, never on the facts.

The crash was caused by Captain Smith's failure to pay attention to ice warnings and the ship's hasty entry into a hazardous location.

The lifeboats' improper crewing and filling got more people killed than should have. (The rules governing how many lifeboats ships were required to carry were outdated and insufficient.)

Why would Alexa say it was sabotaged?

Why would you care?

I have them also. They're supposed to play music, etc. Not be a history teacher.

I had a "co-pilot" of sorts in my car for a fairly long trip last fall, a lady who used Alexa on her smartphone to figure out how to get us on the correct highway back to our hometown. Before I knew it, Alexa had me driving into a residential neighborhood that had nothing to do with getting us home.

I simply looked ahead to see where the most traffic was, and headed that way, ignoring Alexa. I could've gone by the car's compass as well.

I have heard it wasnt really the titanic that sailed that night and that YES it was sunk for insurance purposes.......

I have a hard time thinking they could really pull it off because how would they know where there would be an iceberg to do this??

They wouldnt know........ Im not sure what to think........

It may not have been "TITANIC" because they said it couldnt be sunk so it could have been another ship..... Its just too complex and IN for me to think about!

Quote:
Gardiner draws on several events and coincidences that occurred in the months, days, and hours leading up to the sinking of the Titanic, and concludes that the ship that sank was in fact Titanic's sister ship Olympic, disguised as Titanic, as an insurance scam by its owners, the International Mercantile Marine Group, ...
Anything is possible....Even in 1912!
