I don't know why Louie Anderson left but am glad he did. Richard Karn and John O'Hurley are my favorite Family Feud hosts.

Many derided Louie Anderson for his slovenly appearance, raspy voice, and seemingly bored demeanor. There was even a Mad TV sketch with Will Sasso as Louie that pointed this out.

Some people find Mr. Anderson (in particular his voice) to be extremely annoying. I always thought that he was bored while hosting. Instead of watching his version, I could have been organizing my sock drawer ~ lol
