I recently watched this episode, one thing I noticed was Terry (the star of the team) seemed way too old to be in 8th grade. He almost looked like he should be a HS senior graduating with Wally Was he left back like Lumpy? At first I thought he was the same college guy in Wards Fraternity who was talking to Wally and Eddie.

Good point--the actor is Kim Charney, who was born on 8/2/1945. Tony Dow was born 4/13/1945.
Terry would have had to have been left back, but around 4 times! Kim Charney played Terry in one other episode, "Beaver's Prep School." I think he's the one who thought Fallbrook was a Federal prison. He wasn't one of the squares in the Ward's Fraternity episode. |

Wasn't Terry one of the occasional "hallway students" never actually seen in a class?

Mrs. Rayburn had her way and was making sure that Terry was paying his dues as a hallway student (4 extra years worth) before promoting him to 9th grade.
