Yes, I know in real life, they met when they were being cast for the sitcom. But in the world of the show, how do you think the four guys met and then formed their own band?

I know the show never got that deep. It was just a silly, goofy, music-filled show, but I'm curious about their origins.

Perhaps they met when they each wanted to rent the beach house, but none could afford it on their own, so they agreed to become roommates. From there, they became a band, too. I don't know. What are your thoughts?

Yeah, I own that movie on DVD. It even has three separate commentaries from Davy, Micky and Peter.

I meant in the show, how do you think they met? Like, how the fictional characters met and formed a band.

So they never did a flashback episode? I guess that would have been in season 3.
