TV's Best Later Cast Additions: Chloe O'Brian
Mary Lynn Rajskub’s Chloe quickly became a fan favorite after arriving to CTU on "24" Season 3. While her irksome personality weighed heavily on her colleagues, she was a joy for us viewers, and eventually grew to become Jack Bauer’s No. 1 friend and confidant.
