Maude's Big Move Part 1

The TV station airing Maude has skipped this episode. This is a station that airs warnings before episodes that might be offensive or insensitive to certain groups, but they still air the episodes...so I'm wondering what could be so "bad" that the channel would skip it, completely. Especially since it's part of the 3 part finale of the series.

I’ve seen that episode and there is as nothing offensive to me in it.

It probably was skipped because Maude Big Move was the setup episode for a new series about Maude moving to Washington. But its weird to skip it since its part of the season

I found the episode online, and my guess is that the channel didn't want to offend Chinese viewers, since Maude is throwing a Chinese theme party.

The episode didn't seem any more offensive than any other show from the 70s, where shows are not quite so delicate when it comes to things that would be considered "politically incorrect" today.

This channel skipped another episode, "Vivian's First Funeral," which I have not watched yet, but that episode is online, too.

Heaven forbid we "offend" one or another ethnic racial group. People are so sensitive now!
