I think it's the episodes when Stephanie's father comes back to town. Uh, let me check.

Part 1:Plans for Stephanies Bat Mitzvah are interupted by an unexpected guest, her penniless father Floyd Mills.

Part 2:Stephanie's father Floyd, steals money that Stephanie received as a gift. Stephanie finds out and lets him keep the money because he is broke

And I believe these episodes are the only time (other than "Custody") that we seen Stephanie's grandmother again.

Celeste Holm returns as Stephanie’s Grandmother Estele Harris for a 3rd time in the 4th season Episode “Three Women” in which Stephanie goes to visit her Grandma Harris at her Hamptons mansion. Archie can not get Harry’s truck to start after he drops off Stephanie and is forced to spend the night as an unwanted guest. Meanwhile Stephanie is dismayed Grandma Harris seems reluctant to talk to her about her mother. TV Land has yet to acquire the rights to this episode.

I noticed that after this episode, they really downplayed the Stephanie being Jewish angle. I think it was only briefly mentioned in passing twice the rest of the series.
