There's even a strange raisin cookie in the "Ghost Story" episode that resembles the one Tabitha changed herself into (in "Tabitha's Weekend"):

The interior of the house looked really different. A completely different kitchen and the hall going to the kitchen as there was not a door going outside anymore. It looked like the bedrooms were different also. I guess they used different indoor sets.

I wonder if by the time it was used for this Screen Gems knew Bewitched wasn't coming back so the set was allowed to be totally revamped. Then torn down permanently.

The little doll house was burned up in the end and was probably the only version they made. So that is probably gone as well.
