Anyone know the odds on if we will ever get Gomer on Blu-Ray? If we do what are the odds they will be unedited.
I say slim to none on both... |

I agree on the slim to none, but I think they remastered the series to HD (that's a maybe but I think I read that someplace).
If the series really has been remastered to HD, I'd be all for a Blu-Ray series set that was unedited, including the music that has been routinely edited out. Would I pay more for it? Yes. |

Oh so would I!!! I think most Gomer fans would be willing to pay more for the unedited full versions. Its just that most of the time, the studio doesnt care. However, there are exceptions if SHOUT Factory ever go ahold of the series. If its Mill Creek, then there is no hope.

If you've seen what Shout! has been doing for several years, there's not much hope there, either.

I would probably be in for a DVD re-issue of the series with all unedited episodes, not blu-ray.

If the episodes were complete, I'd be happy either way. If it's been remastered in HD, it should be Blu-Ray though.
