Default Regarding Munsters Go Home

Here's something I've wondered about since the late 70's. In the movie "Munsters, Go Home" there is a scene where their English relatives are trying to scare the Munsters away. In this scene a coffin appears and opens up and a ghoulish female is seen inside. The first time I saw this, I thought that the woman looks a lot like Loretta Switt. Here is the link to the trailer; freeze the image at the 10 second mark and see if you think the woman in the coffin looks like her.

I saw Munsters Go Home last fall on Svengoolie. Saw a Pat Priest piece and she said she was disappointed she wasn't chosen to play Marilyn. It would have been nice for all the tv regulars to continue. Instead Debbie Watson got the part of Marilyn in the movie.

I agree.....the movie felt VERY odd not having Pat Priest OR Butch Patrick playing their roles. Every time I saw these NEW actors, it took me right out of the experience.

With respect to Pat Priest they wanted a younger actress to play the part (Pat was almost 30). I don't necessarily agree with the decision but that's why it was made.

With respect to Butch Patrick he reprised the role of Eddie so that's not an issue.

Butch Patrick played his usual role from The Munsters in Munster Go Home.
