I can only think of one. The tender Blair/Molly moment when Blair gave the pep talk to Molly about how much her father loves her in "Molly's Holiday". Blair wiped away tears (Lisa's parents were splitting up at this time).

Not really much interaction between the two during their times together. I only can think of Rough Housing, Running, and The New Girl, Part 2 of where they interacted at all.

That really is a tender moment, and really showed what a big heart Blair had.

Well, what about "Overachieving"?

Blair: I have my future all mapped out. After my one-woman exhibit at the Museum of Modern Art, and my Oscar-winning performance as an actress, I guess I'll just settle down and marry the president of General Motors.

Molly: That will never happen, Blair.

Blair: And why not?

Molly: 'Cause I'm gonna be the president of General Motors.

They also have the Ouija board moment in The Return of Mr. Garrett, and they "co-counsel" Natalie in "Adoption" where it's found out Natalie was adopted.

The only moment I can recall is the one in "Molly's Holiday", they never had a "proper" relationship onscreen with each other. Nancy and Molly in particular never had a "strong" relationship with the other girls, it was Blair/Sue Ann- Blair/Jo - Tootie/Natalie - Sue Ann/Cindy for the major part

If you look closely, you'll notice a nice Cindy/Molly friendship, which I love. I even made a thread about it.

Yeah but nothing great like the Cindy/Sue Ann duo.

Sorry but in my FOL universe the two Julies are best friends

They are, just look at Running, or them joined at the hip in Gossip and Front Page.

It's interesting though how it's shown in fewer episodes than you might think. Yet as little as it was shown, that's what fans remember.

True! I consider Blair and Sue Ann more of a duo too while Cindy and Molly are paired as well

Sue Ann was paired up with Blair as a friendemies relationship. Molly and Cindy were paired up as besties several times in the first season, starting with Rough Housing. Molly supported Cindy as challenging Blair for Harvest Queen. They ended the first season being paired up for the stereo scene in Dope.

I wouldn't say Cindy and Molly were "besties", but "good friends".
