Go here for a list of the episodes including a synopsis for each of them. I always thought that the last episode was when Peter is under the impression that his mom is pregnant again. Apparently one more was put out there after that one. That one I never saw.

P.S. I never did get to see the whole episode when Peter thought that Shelia was going to move to Chicago. I was up all night the night before for a church lock in gathering and I fell asleep just a few minutes after the episode started.....it is amazing that I still remember that.
