The Actual Episode

The power was turned off the night before so Dagwood thinks he is late for work.

Dagwood makes a dash for the office.

Dagwood is upset at Mr Dithers because he won't let him present his drawings to HH Hilton.
Dithers tells Dagwood he is like a son to him.

Dagwood ends up being able to present the plans, but after breaking a dinner date at a Japanese
restaurant with Blondie. Blondie had to tell the restaurant Dagwood was a Senator. Blondies friend and
neigbor Tootsie thinks that Dagwood could be seeing another woman. Blondie doesn't believe her.

Dagwood goes to HH Hiltons house, and his daughter Honey comes to the door.

Mr Hilton says Dagwood should take Honey to the restaurant across the street
(the same one he was going to go with Blondie) and he will meet them there in a little bit
to discuss the plans.

Blondie feels sorry for Dagwood having to work late so she decides to fix her own Japanese
dinner at home. She buys a costume to look more authentic. She looks out the window at
the costume store and sees Dagwood going into the restaurant with another woman (Honey).
She remembers what Tootsie says and gets jelaous.

The owner of the restaurant thinks Blondie is a waitress when she goes in looking for Dagwood.
The owner tells her to poor the tea, she poors it on Dagwood.

Dagwood told Mr Dithers he could have his reservation so Mr Dithers tells the owner he is the Senator.

A newspaper writer interviews "the Senator". Blondie catches them together and thinks the worst.

Ms Dithers comes looking for her husband.

Mr Hilton comes looking for Dagwood and Honey. He didn't actually see him
earlier when he was at his house. Mr Dithers tells Mr Hilton he is Dagwood.

Dagwood hears this and gets upset at Mr Dithers for using his name to lie. He also
says how much he loves Blondie. Blondie hears this while hiding and feels bad.

Dagwood comes home to tell Blondie about his strange night.
He finds out Blondie was the waitress who spilled tea on him.

The robber (looks like a robber) in TMSS is Marcia's husband from "The BRady Brides." He's a voice-over guy now...
