Voice Over IP. It's basically phone communication over the internet, or an internal network of some kind (an intranet) or both, as opposed to traditional telephone signal.

The closest thing I think I have had to Toilet Trauma since then was the "Beijing Beef Incident" back in like 2015 or so when my Mom and sister cleaned out the fridge on Christmas Eve and poured a massive amount of old Chinese food down the drain after throwing potato peelings in the garbage disposal. Basically, the garbage disposal got clogged up and when I took apart the pipe below that thing EXPLODED from the pressure of all the stuff in there and covered me in whatever the hell that stuff was.

That ALMOST ruined my Christmas, because I was so furious that I had to be the one to do that since there were no plumbers around working that day.

I did get the job done though.
