Well basically its a spammer signing up to post spam on the bases.......... (Or VIA pm)

City-data was having problems with zero posters spamming via PM also so they blocked all 0 posters from PMing and they dont get it enabled until they convince the system they are not gonna spam........

But what is Spam -- an ad to sell something just what?? The Spam I know of is the canned ham that is eaten for decades by many, highly processed but tasty stuff.... I break down and buy it for a bad treat...

Thinking back to my years on C-D and I believe I added a lot of good health recommendations and so often I'd get a slap from a mod for spamming and trolling whatever they mean....the mods had nothing else to say so hit me with those 2. I just think I was too holistic for that MSM forum...

It would be nice to have that feature for games. I very rarely, if ever, play games and it does get a tad annoying wading through the plethora of game posts when doing one of those new thread/post searches.

I would be very reluctant to move all the show games to one section. I think people who enjoy the Leave it to Beaver games want to play them on that board. It keeps them active. It's not like there's many hundreds of active threads on a daily basis to wade through.

If people want more discussion, they should bump up some of the existing 392,000 threads on here or create some new ones. I see plenty of good topics that get views, but they get few or no replies.

Registered 0 post members on here can send private messages. They can only send them to 1 member at a time, so I don't think most spammers are going to bother to waste their time at that pace.

Private message spam on here has never been a real issue. There have been 11 reported private messages in the last 4 years. A few were for link spam and religious recruitment type spam.

I'm not a member of any other boards except a stereo oldie chat board, but I've explored an animation board, and there are some nasty moderators on there!

This animation site mod will not allow any discussion she does not like (again, I'm only reading, I'm not a member) and she warns a few times, and then the kick off threats start. Then eventually I think she did it.

It looked like normal discussion to me, she just didn't like it.

If someone attempted to register 600+ accounts on here, I would just let them stay. It wouldn't be worth the effort to keep banning accounts and blocking IP addresses. Anyone who puts in that much effort clearly wants to be there.

Do you know any foreign languages? They know your writing style and all of your catchphrases. You should try mixing it up a little to go undetected.

Only a few of them are still blocking me... Not even the admin is blocking me,just a few mods who dont like me......If they left the site I would be ok........

One improvement that I think would be really nifty would be if we had the ability to up-vote and down-vote posts, similar to what you see on imgur or Reddit.

Especially if you could go back and vote on older posts of members having like 13,000+ total posts to choose from.
