Retroist has an article. At the time, feminists felt the ad was demeaning: a "flesh parade", as Molly would call it. Apparently, Enjoli perfume is no longer manufactured, and bottles now sell on websites for over 100 bucks!

I honestly don't know what "That's Western Union toll free" means. They had a toll-free number, but why mention the phone company?
