at the 50:43 mark Rhoda is running down the street and I would like to know what street is this in NYC so I can go there later this year on my TV sitcom tour

Not that particular street, but from what I was able to find out...

"Rhoda" filmed part of 'Rhoda's Wedding' around West 72nd and Broadway. That's where she's trying to hail a cab and you can see Gray's Papaya in the background. It's still there.

yes, that's definitely the park in front of the 72nd street subway on the west side. it looks rather different now!
