One thing I have never figured out when I watched Hawkeye is why the holiday song It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year was chosen as Hawkeye's theme song? What is the link to it with Hawkeye? Was Jeremy Renner a Andy Williams fan and decided to make Hawkeye a fan as well? Or does the song have a special meaning for Hawkeye? I always considered It's The Most Wonderful Time Of The Year Hawkeye's anthem and play it year round due to Hawkeye

Hi, Bestie! They picked that song because it was Christmas, the happiest time of the year, but Hawkeye was fighting bad guys instead of being with his family. So the song was there to remind you that Hawkey is a hero and he had to make sacrifices to keep people safe.
