Totally!! I voted Elka!! Betty was HILARIOUS on Hot in Cleveland !

But a "write in vote" for "Betty as herself" ! Meaning on game shows! She was so much fun on the game show circuit like Match game! I think I liked Betty as herself best !

Sue Ann Nivens! Betty White played several great characters, but Sue Ann was the most original. Never seen another quite like her. The Happy Homemaker/Homewrecker. White put delicious subtleties of expression in there that were true comic genius. It resulted in two well-earned Emmy awards.

A very close second was her appearance on Saturday Night Live. Season 35 Episode 20. The last sketch, the one with the census taker, practically had me rolling on the floor.

Definitely Rose Nylund! No other choice. She wasn't on Mama's Family that much but I loved her as Ellen Harper too!

My favorite Betty role is all of them including on the middle playing the librarian Mrs.Nevercaught BUT most of all my Favorite Betty role is Betty White as herself on game shows she had a fun personality and it looked like she was a lot of fun being around and very sweet towards the contestants.

Loved Betty in everything she did, naturally, but my heart will always belong to Rose Nylund and her wonderful "back in St. Olaf" stories!!!

I liked her as Sue Ann. She gave Murray a hard time and she was always trying to flirt with Mr. Grant. She was so good in that role.

A show of hers that was omitted: Ladies Man (1999-2001 on CBS). I didn't even realize Betty was in that until an ancient Ladies Man thread was bumped.
