I really feel like crying, and I haven't cried over anyone's death in a long time. Betty Marion White truly was the star of stars, a mother and grandmother to millions through television and movies. She did everything so flawlessly. A true woman of grace, poise, humility...so many words to describe Betty White. I hoped and hoped for her 100th birthday. Now she gets to celebrate it in Heaven. Rest in power, Betty, we love you.

May she R.I.P., it's sad that she didn't quite make it to 100.

I'm wondering how much longer Bob Barker will be around, he was invited but did not appear in the CBS 2 hour special, Price Is Right 50th anniversary, so maybe his health is becoming an issue, I don't know.

Another old timer who's still around currently is Jimmy Lydon, he's age 98 and is the actor who starred in the Henry Aldrich movie series of the early and mid 1940's.

So sad. She was the last of main cast of MTM. She and all of us were waiting to celebrate her 100th birthday. God Bless her

You are so right. Having people who I have known for many years through tv, singers, etc makes me think my end is coming soon too. I may have 20 years left but gosh most of my life is behind me.

What is sad she could not hang on for her 100th party. But living as long as she has, good lord that is a triple gift. After so many years on this planet, it gets to be harder to keep going, unless a person is some kind of superperson. There is a time for all us to hang it up, a life well lived, is a gift.
