Acronym?
Even though the word "Home" is still in the show's official title, the official acronym is just "AFV". What gives? Any reasons or excuses behind any decision on this (which was likely made long ago, but I just don't know when)? |

I do remember that, during the Bob Saget era (1989-98), they would use the acronym "AFHV". The abbreviation was changed to "AFV" when Daisy Fuentes & John Fugelsang took over as hosts when Bob Saget left.
